Hey! My name is Victoria also known as Vic. After starting to go to the gym 3 years ago, I fell in love with keeping fit and healthy and recently decided to get my Level 3 in Personal Training. My favourite body parts to train are core and legs! I believe that exercising should be fun, exciting and something to look foward to after a long day at work!

    This class is designed to work your full body like never before! Usually 6-7 exercises, 1 minute each with a 1 minute rest. This one will definitely leave you sweating!
